Headline earnings also rose 2% to N$253.5 million, while headline earnings per share increased from 50 cents to 51 cents.

The group said it would focus on deposit-driven growth during the second half of the year as it continues implementing its CONNECT 2030 strategy.
It plans to deepen customer engagement through data-driven credit assessments and improve customer service as digital adoption expands.
Information and cyber security will also remain a key focus, with the group saying continued investment in these areas is aimed at maintaining customer confidence as technology use increases.
Letshego said its capital position and strengthened governance frameworks would support its ability to respond to changes in the regulatory and competitive environment.
The group also highlighted a shift towards more consistent customer engagement rather than relying primarily on one-off lending transactions.
In April 2026, Letshego paid shareholders a dividend of N$270.7 million, equivalent to 54.14 cents per ordinary share.
The company said an interim dividend had also been declared on 6 August 2026 for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026, subject to regulatory approval. The salient dates for the dividend will be announced once approval has been received from the regulator.
