||Khamuseb cautions against misuse of government resources

Otjozondjupa governor John ||Khamuseb on Monday warned public servants against the misuse of government resources, saying the wastage of water and electricity as well as poor maintenance are placing an unnecessary financial burden on the state.

||Khamuseb, during his state of the region address at a special meeting of the Otjozondjupa Regional Council at Otjiwarongo, said it was unacceptable that government institutions often leave taps running while lights remain switched on unnecessarily, resulting in high utility bills for government offices.
