Nored loses case against ex-CEO Nakashole's dismissal

Former Northern Electricity Distributor (Nored) chief executive officer Fillemon Nakashole has successfully appealed against his dismissal over a N$1.1 million performance bonus paid to the company's chief financial officer in 2021, with an internal appeal ruling that he should have received a final written warning instead.
