Staff Reporter THE construction of the new Eenhana Town Council building, which started in 2018, remains unfinished due to non-payment of the contractor, with an estimated N$9 million still required to complete the project. The matter came to light during oversight visits by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Poverty Eradication and Labour Relations in the Ohangwena Region, led by Hon. Uahekua Herunga, where members assessed the progress of various development projects and engaged regional stakeholders on service delivery challenges.
