Namibia launched its first green hydrogen safety and testing project (RealTest) at the University of Namibia. The project will run for a period of 36 months under the Institute for Advanced and Applied Research.

As Namibia aims to develop new value chains around renewable energy and green hydrogen while building local capabilities, RealTest aims to increase the safety, reliability and sustainability of green hydrogen technologies in Namibia.
