SWAKOPMUND – Rössing Uranium posted a strong operational and financial performance in 2025, recording its highest uranium oxide production since 2011 while generating a turnover of N$8.221 billion and a profit from normal operations of N$1.022 billion.
Releasing the 2025 Sustainability and Performance Report last week in Windhoek, Managing Director Johan Coetzee said the results demonstrate the company’s resilience, operational excellence and long-term commitment to responsible uranium production.

Coetzee said the mine’s 2025 performance reflects the dedication of employees, contractors and stakeholders who continue to drive operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on safety, sustainability and community development.
“ As we look to the future, we remain committed to creating lasting value for Namibia and all our stakeholders,” he said.
The MD said the mine recorded one of its strongest operational performances in recent years by processing 10 066 781 metric tonnes of ore through its mills.
