SOUTH Africa says its companies invested approximately US$1.2 billion (about N$19.5 billion) in Namibia between 2023 and 2025, creating around 4,900 jobs, as Presidents Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah and Cyril Ramaphosa prepare to co-chair the Fourth Session of the Namibia-South Africa Bi-National Commission (BNC) in Pretoria on Friday.
In a statement issued ahead of the summit, the South African Presidency described Namibia as one of South Africa’s foremost strategic partners in Southern Africa and reaffirmed the two countries’ commitment to strengthening bilateral trade, investment and regional integration.
