President tours Omusati agricultural projects

Staff Reporter PRESIDENT Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has reaffirmed government’s commitment to agriculture and food security following a visit to the Etunda Green Scheme in the Omusati Region, where she assessed progress on farming operations, value-addition projects, and future expansion plans. The visit formed part of the President’s ongoing regional agricultural tour, which began at the Odonti Irrigation Project and focuses on agricultural productivity, rural development, and strengthening Namibia’s food security efforts. The tour is expected to continue in the Ohangwena Region.
