Medical congress highlights wellness and financial resilience for healthcare professionals

THE Medical Association of Namibia’s 45th Annual Medical Congress placed the spotlight on the well-being of healthcare professionals, with this year’s event focusing on holistic wellness and financial resilience as key components of a sustainable medical profession.

Held at the Namibia Cricket Ground in Windhoek from 10 to 11 July under the theme “Wellness in Medicine”, the congress was funded by Capricorn Private Wealth and brought together healthcare professionals, specialists, medical practitioners and industry stakeholders to discuss the physical, emotional, professional and financial well-being of those working in the health sector.
