Fight over farm //Ganaxas/Baumsgartenbrunn reaches court

GERMAN farmer John Cuff has taken the /Khomanin Traditional Authority to court in an effort to evict members of the /Khomanin Traditional Authority from Farm Baumsgartenbrunn-//Ganaxas, which has been at the heart of an ancestral land dispute since 2008.

Cuff, in the particulars of claim filed by his legal practitioner, Ndelitungapo Ndaitwah, explained that the /Khomanin Traditional Authority caused its members to occupy his property by instigating them to squat on the property and set up temporary informal settlements without Cuff’s express or tacit consent and/or without any other right in law to occupy the property.
