The Central Procurement Board of Namibia facilitated the signing of a N$268.7m contract last week Wednesday for the embankment and elevation of school grounds for the flood-prone Muzii Combined School in the Zambezi region.
Awarded to Art Construction CC, the contract was procured by the Central Procurement Board of Namibia (CPBN) on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture (MEIYSAC).
This significant investment is aimed at improving the resilience, safety and functionality of educational infrastructure at Muzii Combined School, which is affected by recurring flooding.
