DBN announces new appointments to executive committee
The Development Bank of Namibia (DBN) has announced the appointments of two senior executives to its executive committee, further strengthening the bank's leadership capacity as it advances its developmental mandate and strategic objectives.

The Development Bank of Namibia (DBN) has announced the appointments of two senior executives to its executive committee, further strengthening the bank’s leadership capacity as it advances its developmental mandate and strategic objectives.

Johannes Mbango has been appointed chief credit risk officer, effective 1 July 2026, while Tjivingurura Mbuende will assume the role of chief investment officer, effective 1 August 2026.
Commenting on the appointments, DBN chief executive officer, Titus Ndove, said the appointments represent an important investment in the bank’s leadership capability.
