NDF recruits to take oath of allegiance at Osona ceremony

Staff Reporter THE Namibian Defence Force (NDF) will this Thursday, 21 May 2026, celebrate the graduation of its 18th Intake at the Training Establishment at Osona Military Base near Okahandja, where recruits will officially complete 12 months of intensive training and be inducted into active service. The ceremony, which begins at 09:00, will showcase the spirit of discipline, patriotism and military excellence as the new soldiers take their oath of allegiance following a year of rigorous preparation and specialised military instruction.
