APxHouse has appointed Pieter Mostert Architects as the estate architects for its Woodlands @Herboths development, a move aimed at maintaining a consistent architectural style while allowing homeowners to design houses that suit their needs.
Under the agreement, Pieter Mostert Architects will be responsible for the design and approval of all homes to be built on the 31 freehold erven within the estate.
APxHouse Chief Executive Officer Le-Hugo van Rooyen said the partnership will help protect the long-term value of the development.
