RAMAPHOSA VOWS ACTION AGAINST GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE

President Cyril Ramaphosa said the government must take responsibility for protecting women from gender-based violence, as the killings of nine women in Ekurhuleni since July have fuelled outrage and renewed demands for action.
