The Rupara Rural Community Development Centre in the Musese constituency of the Kavango West region is expected to become operational by the end of July. The centre’s construction began in 2020 at a cost of N$141 million. This follows a visit by a delegation from the Office of the Prime Minister led by executive director Petrus Sindimba, together with officials from the Kavango West Regional Council, to assess progress at the facility and identify measures to fast-track its official opening.
