For Namibian entrepreneur Steven Reinhold, the kitchen has never been about gender.

It has always been about passion, creativity and building a better future.

He started his catering business in 2020 with just N$600.

Today, it serves a steady stream of customers and provides employment for two people.

Reinhold took the risk after leaving his job as a restaurant chef.
