Parliament is at the core of our ability to deliver and serve the Namibian people in a manner that fulfils the mandate given to it by voters. A parliament that debates but does not pass laws is like a tree that does not bear fruit.

Democracy is not only determined by the number of questions posed by members of the Parliament in the National Assembly or by the standard of vocabulary used, but by the bills passed to change the status quo for our people.
