Murder and robbery accused Theodor Shipanga has repeatedly challenged the State, alleging that prosecutors have failed to comply with the Constitution and the Criminal Procedure Act. Since his trial began this year, Shipanga has raised concerns about his case’s serial number and other procedural issues, saying they have yet to be addressed.
During the testimony of a State witness, Eric van Der Walt, he continued pressing on the constitutional right to a fair trial.
