RUNDU – Cocoma Primary School principal Moses Ndumba appeals to government and the business community to help upgrade the school’s community hostel, where learners sleep on the ground due to inadequate facilities.
Located about 164 kilometres from Rundu in the Ndiyona constituency, Cocoma Primary School has 260 learners, the majority of whom are from marginalised communities. The hostel currently accommodates 164 learners but is in urgent need of proper flooring, beds and other basic amenities.
