THE Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN) has engaged Mobile Telecommunications Limited (MTC) over growing consumer concerns regarding data depletion, billing transparency and service quality.
The engagement, held recently, focused on addressing complaints from consumers who have raised concerns that their mobile data is disappearing faster than expected, as well as concerns over unexplained data usage and billing practices.
