The Swakopmund Municipal Rest Camp is set to undergo a comprehensive facelift valued at N$2.9 million, aimed at enhancing safety, comfort, and the overall experience for visitors.
The phased upgrade, scheduled to commence in September, will focus on nine of the camp’s 22 units, with six units slated for refurbishment and three to be demolished and rebuilt.
The project has been awarded to Frampton Investment and is expected to be completed within six months.
