KK United FC clinched promotion to the Namibia Premier League (NPL) with a commanding 4-0 victory over Unam Rundu Campus FC at the Rundu Sports Stadium on Saturday. In a historic first, the team became the first from Kavango West to qualify for Namibia’s top flight, sealing its return to the top flight with 41 points despite playing the season away from home. Head coach Petrus Matjayi said, “Our approach from the word go was to attack with numbers relentlessly, especially within the first 15–20 minutes of the first stanza, keeping the opposition in their half most of the time through aggressive pressing.”
