NGURARE SAYS NAMIBIA RETAINS CONTROL OF WATER RESOURCES

Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare has stressed that Namibia will remain in control of how its water resources are assessed, extracted and used, amid the involvement of Chinese experts in the country’s groundwater programme.
