The Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia has unveiled its Integrated Strategic Business Plan (ISBP) for 2026 to 2030, setting out a forward-looking roadmap to advance a secure, inclusive, innovative and resilient communications sector that supports Namibia’s digital transformation and national development priorities.

The new four-year strategy marks an important chapter in the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (CRAN)’s evolution and is the culmination of a comprehensive process of reflection, consultation, and strategic planning.
As CRAN embarks on this new strategic cycle, it does so from a position of strength, having successfully concluded its 2023 to 2026 Strategic Plan on 31 March 2026 with an 83% completion rate. This achievement reflects the successful implementation of most of the strategic initiatives undertaken during the period and demonstrates the organisation’s commitment to delivering its mandate.
