First National Bank Namibia has urged small and medium enterprises to improve their financial management and comply with business regulations to increase their chances of long-term success.

The bank hosted its SME Financial Literacy Day in Ongwediva under the theme ‘Building a Resilient Business: Strengthening Credit, Compliance and Risk Awareness.’
Speaking at the event, Oshana governor Hofni Iipinge said SMEs are important because they create jobs, support local economies and encourage innovation.
