The Namibia National Olympic Committee (NNOC) has announced a 12-member team of athletes who will represent the country at the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games in Senegal.

The delegation will compete across seven sporting codes, with the team comprising athletes, coaches, technical officials and support staff as Namibia prepares for the first Olympic event to be hosted on African soil.
The selected athletes are Elkana Shikongo Iileka in the men’s 200m, beach volleyball players Matheus Nahenda and Nathanael Ndemukalunga, boxer Kalenga Abraham in the men’s 50kg category, cyclists Mike Bartmann and Bianca Nell, swimmers Lorenzo Esterhuizen, Nathan Bock, Madison Bergh and Roselinda Matyayi, triathlete Johannes Langford and beach wrestler Shithigona Shipopyeni in the men’s 60kg category.
