Windhoek based entrepreneur Emily Kandanga-Erastus saw that challenge as an opportunity to create a business that helps women better understand and care for their hair.

Kandanga-Erastus is the founder and chief executive officer of Namira Haircare, a natural haircare brand specialising in products for wavy and afro-textured hair.
