Gobabis is set for a thrilling day of horse racing this Saturday, as some of Namibia’s finest racehorses compete in the highly anticipated Miss Namibia Challenge Cup, with N$150 000 in prize money on offer.
Hosted by the Epukiro Horse Racing Club (EHRC), the event is being held to celebrate the first time the Miss Teen Namibia and Miss Namibia pageants are being held in the Omaheke region. Organisers expect the race meeting to attract thousands of spectators from across the country.
