Japan’s volunteers spark creative learning in Erongo

USAKOS – The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Namibia Office is undertaking a tour of the Erongo region, where teachers from Japan are visiting host schools and organisations that accommodate Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers (JOCV) to observe their work and community impact.

JICA Namibia Programme Officer, Edmunda De Sousa, said the office was established in March 2006 and has since received 177 Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers.
