Affirmative Repositioning leader Job Amupanda has commended the Katima Mulilo Town Council for proposing to rename four streets after local leaders whose contributions have had a lasting impact on public service and national development. During a council ordinary meeting earlier this month, Katima mayor Kabende Kabende proposed that four streets in town be renamed after Richard Kamwi, justice Sylvester Mainga, liberation hero Judea Lyamboloma, and former Miss Namibia Happy Ntelamo. He proposed that Hospital Street be named after Kamwi, Soweto Street after Mainga, and Dr Silindila Mwiya Street be reverted to its original name, Judea Lyamboloma Street.
