JONA Hangula, a 32-year-old Namibian from Grootfontein, accused of working with global terrorist organisations ISIS and Boko Haram with the intention of overthrowing the Namibian government, has brought a notice of motion in which he intends to oppose an application to have “in camera” proceedings in the continuation of his trial.
“In camera” proceedings require court cases to be heard in private without the presence of the media or members of the public.
