Letshego Holdings Namibia Limited has announced a change to its board leadership following the resignation of Maria Mansueta Nakale as an independent non-executive director and chairperson of the Board.
In a notice issued in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Namibia Securities Exchange (NSX) Listing Requirements, the company said Nakale’s resignation will take effect from 30 September 2026.
