Subsidiary Tulaing Petroleum and Puma Energy Namibia are reportedly working towards a settlement agreement, after the fuel retailer had filed a N$255.8 million lawsuit against the energy company over an alleged breach of a long-term supply agreement.

According to court documents, the two entities have reached an agreement in principle to settle the matter and informed the court that they are currently finalising the settlement agreement.
The parties also requested for a two-week postponement to allow them sufficient time for the agreement to be signed and filed.
The request was noted from a notice for the managing judge, Beatrix de Jager, requesting a status hearing dated 30 June 2026 on the settlement agreement.
