A Windhoek High Court judge has upheld an appeal lodged by Namcor Petroleum Trading and Distribution against an arbitration award granted in 2025 in favour of the company’s former managing director, now accused of fraud and corruption, Immanuel Mulunga.

Judge Beatrix De Jager upheld the appeal and set aside the arbitration award issued to Mulunga on 6 June 2025 last Friday.
Namcor is appealing against an arbitration award rendered by the second respondent, Moses Mazambo, in favour of, Mulunga.
Mulunga had his employment contract terminated by notice in 2024, effective 15 October 2024.
