Elisenheim residents will soon have more convenient access to retail fuel as the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy has issued a retail license for the planned Elisenheim Service Station. The license was issued to Elisenheim Property Development Company Limited (EPDC) and Petrosol Petroleum Solutions CC (Petrosol).

Elisenheim has developed into one of Namibia’s leading lifestyle estates of choice and is currently home to approximately 1 500 households and more than 5 000 residents. Despite this growth, residents have had limited access to nearby fuel facilities, with the nearest service station located more than seven kilometres away. The fuel retail license marks a significant milestone in the development of essential services infrastructure for the Elisenheim Lifestyle Estate (Elisenheim) community.
