Poor coordination between government institutions is slowing down the implementation of national development projects across the country. Prime minister Elijah Ngurare said this on Tuesday during a meeting with local and regional councillors, as well as government officials at Gobabis. He said ministries, agencies, regional councils and local authorities are often working independently instead of coordinating their efforts, making it difficult to fully implement projects under the sixth National Development Plan (NDP6).
