The NamPost Board of Directors has appointed Willem Mouton as the new Chief Executive Officer of Namibia's national postal operator, effective 1 August 2026.

The NamPost Board of Directors has appointed Willem Mouton as the new Chief Executive Officer of Namibia’s national postal operator, effective 1 August 2026. He will serve a five-year term.
Announcing the appointment, NamPost Board Chairperson Dr Simeon Amunkete said the board was confident Mouton was the right person to lead the organisation into its next phase of growth and transformation.
