Namibia Security Exchange’s Overall Index fell 1.53% over the week ended 14 August, declining to 2,403.27 points from 2,440.52 points a day earlier, according to market data for the week of 10 to 14 August.
The decline was driven mainly by losses in the financial and basic materials sectors, which fell 2.10% and 2.05%, respectively. Real estate also declined by 1.02%.
