SWAKOPMUND – Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare has called for urgent action on delayed and abandoned government projects, warning that continued delays and lack of accountability are undermining service delivery across the country.
Nqurare was speaking on Wednesday morning at the opening of the Executive Directors’ Retreat currently underway in Swakopmund.
The retreat is held under the theme ‘Strategic Governance and Policy Execution’, whereby senior government leaders gathered to assess implementation gaps in national development priorities.
