UNITED NATIONS, July 7 — The UN General Assembly (UNGA) decided on Monday to maintain the status of the Human Rights Council as a subsidiary body of the General Assembly, by adopting a draft resolution titled “Status of the Human Rights Council” without a vote.

The UNGA also decided to review the status of the Human Rights Council again, at a time no sooner than at its 90th session and no later than at its 95th session.
