The defence in the trial of two individuals, accused of defrauding the finance ministry of nearly N$4 million, has requested a postponement to allow them time to properly prepare to present their case.

The matter involving Cameroonian-born businessman Antoine Mbok and his co-accused Daniel David Nghiwilepo was set to resume on Monday, with the defence expected to present its case by calling witnesses.
