Staff Reporter THE Namibia Genetics Stud Livestock Auction held in Windhoek delivered strong results, recording an 84% clearance rate and firm prices, signalling continued demand for quality beef breeding stock in Namibia’s agricultural sector. A total of 58 out of 69 lots were sold at an overall average price of N$53,655. Bulls achieved a top price of N$105,000 and averaged N$60,690, with 42 of 50 sold, while heifers-in-calf recorded a 100% clearance rate, averaging N$35,188.
