President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah yesterday honoured 16-year-old Kornelius Tulotokela Shimuafeni with the Most Distinguished Order of Namibia, Third Class. It did not end there. Shimuafeni also received N$200 000 from the State for his heroic deeds that awoke nationhood and unity earlier this year.   He risked his life to rescue nine-month-old twins from a pond...
