OMUTHIYA – The Tsumeb Municipality will host its inaugural street market later this month to create a vibrant platform where local buyers and sellers can connect, trade and support one another.
The two-day event, scheduled for 26-27 June 2026 at the Benjamin Kheimseb Community Hall, is aimed at stimulating local economic activity, generating income opportunities for entrepreneurs and fostering innovation within the community.
Municipality spokesperson Stella Imalwa said the event will promote small businesses, showcase local talent and products, and enhance community participation in economic development.
