The Khwe San living in the Bwabwata National Park have called on the ministry of tourism to strengthen enforcement of the park’s rules and regulations.
The community said weak enforcement is undermining conservation efforts and threatening their livelihoods. A delegation from the Bwabwata Khwe Spearheading Committee on Monday handed a petition over to tourism minister Indileni Daniel, which was received on her behalf by her personal assistant.
