Just weeks after lifting the Namibian bantamweight title in front of a jubilant home crowd in Swakopmund, Joiy ‘Pretty Boy’ Nangolo is still soaking in one of the proudest moments of his career.

For the Mondesa-born boxer, winning the national title was never simply about adding another belt to his collection. It was the culmination of years of sacrifice, discipline and unwavering belief in a dream that began on the dusty streets of Swakopmund.
