SERVICE delivery is no longer a back-office issue but a matter of national development, economic competitiveness and public trust, said Lucia Iipumbu, Minister of Home Affairs, on the occasion of the inaugural Namibia Customer Care and Effective Service Delivery Conference in Windhoek.
The conference was organised by the Namibia University of Science and Technology, through the Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business, and Tulip Media under the theme “Restoring Our Namibian Pride in Service Excellence”.
Iipumbu said that the very existence of the conference sends a clear message that service delivery is central to institutional credibility and public trust.
