Namibia Dairies, a subsidiary of the OL Group, has terminated the employment of its acting managing director, Wynand Oosthuizen. He is also no longer a member of any of the other OL companies where he held directorships.
“In line with company practice to announce changes to the OLFITRA (Ohlthaver & List Finance and Trading Corporation Limited) Board, the OL Group advises that, effective 15 July 2026, the employment of Wynand Oosthuizen as board member, Group Chief Operating Officer and Acting Managing Director of Namibia Dairies with the OL Group was terminated”, an OL statement reads.
