WALVIS BAY – The planned Venus oil project could create about 12 000 jobs and inject more than N$36 billion (US$2 billion) into Namibia’s economy.

This was revealed by Mtundeni Ndafyaalako, National Petroleum Corporation of Namibia (Namcor) executive for upstream development and production, during the opening of the third Youth in Oil and Gas Summit in Walvis Bay on Friday.
